Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RevMe website, mobile interfaces, QR code check-in endpoints, or merchant portals (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Customer Loyalty Program Terms
Stamp Collection: Loyalty stamps are awarded for genuine, physical visits to registered businesses. Stamps can be earned only when on-premise, as verified by device GPS coordinates and merchant scan cooldown settings.
Reward Redemptions: Milestone rewards and scratch card prizes are non-transferable and possess no cash value. Rewards must be redeemed at the physical store counter in the presence of authorized business staff prior to expiration.
Anti-Fraud Policy: Any attempt to spoof GPS coordinates, scan codes remotely, automate check-ins, or create duplicate accounts will result in immediate termination of the customer account and forfeiture of all accrued rewards.
3. Merchant & Business Terms
Honor of Rewards: Registered businesses agree to honor valid, unexpired rewards and vouchers earned legitimately by customers through their configured loyalty program.
Subscriptions & Billing: Business portal access is governed by chosen subscription plans (Base, Pro, Premium) billed on a monthly or yearly cycle via Cashfree Payments. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free Trial: New businesses may be eligible for a 3-day full-access free trial. After the trial period expires, an active subscription is required to continue accepting scans and accessing the merchant dashboard.
4. Service Availability & Modifications
RevMe strives for 99.9% uptime, but does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to active merchant subscribers.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
